In January 2008, the Camino Medical Group, Palo Alto Medical Clinic and Santa Cruz Medical Foundation merged into a single group.
Jane designed print ads, transit ads, online banners and a TV spot with Coakley Heagerty, to educate Santa Cruz patients and the community about the name change and benefits of the merger.
